About the role


We are now looking for an Account Manager to join Nordic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers and maintaining existing relationships. They will develop and strategically grow the royalty income for CPLG’s key representation across agreed product categories.


The Account Manager will report into the Commercial Director Nordics, and work closely with colleagues across different CPLG offices. You will report out of the Stockholm office in Sundbyberg. Employees work in a hybrid model balancing collaboration in our office and remote work.



  • Exceeding annual sales target across agreed properties
  • Identify, negotiate and secure suitable licensees, in accordance with agreed strategies and Licensor guidelines
  • Extend licensee partners by seeking new companies
  • Work closely with key licensees to ensure strong retail distribution and support Retail and Sales Manager to identify and secure cross-promotional retail activities
  • Visits to fairs, exhibitions, conferences at home and abroad as appropriate
  • Collection of relevant market information, identifying market opportunities
  • Providing information to assist in marketing and sales plans
  • Supervising contract realisation
  • Assisting with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
  • Feedback on the progress and outcome of the commercial efforts
  • Collects and captures relevant customer data
  • Collection of relevant market information, identifying market opportunities



  • Demonstrated success as a sales professional in a related industry
  • Enthusiastic, independent, multi-tasker and stress-resistant person.
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills, with a history of networking effectively and building strong relationships
  • Knowledge of licensing is an advantage
  • Good verbal and written skills in English and additional Nordic languages preferred
  • Pioneering spirit and can communicate at all levels
  • Good knowledge of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • As travel is required, there is a need to independently access transportation
