About the Role

The Peanuts Partnership Director to work closely with our licensor Peanuts as part of our Partnership Team! Reporting to the VP of Partnerships & Business Development, this role will oversee the relationships of our top client Peanuts within the business who we represent in a multitude of regions across the world.  You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term partnership by setting the CP strategies for the brand, agreeing on short- and long-term priorities. You will be able to lead the strategic agenda and drive implementation effectively whilst keeping teams engaged, focused and on task.  The ideal candidate will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with the partner to contribute to growing and maintaining our business to achieve long-term success. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and deepen executive relationships with strategic key licensors to help influence their long-term technology and business decisions. Add value and act as a trusted advisor by bringing compelling insights and ideas with follow through execution.
  • Lead and manage entire business cycles and present all-encompassing account plans to C-level executives.
  • Create and Lead detailed account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working cross functionally with multiple lines of business to maximize business impact. 
  • Guard and potentially amend set strategy on quarterly basis and realize directive interaction with local offices to ensure alignment.
  • Guard licensor budgets internally and externally and proactively instruct local offices on potentials negative delta’s and give them tools like a gap analysis in order to be as efficient as possible.
  • Line manages a member of staff, ensuring you are an inspirational and supportive leader.
  • Working with relevant departments and territories to support the client with up-to-date information and support preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts
  • Serve as a link of communication between the partner and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges faced by the partner and deal with complaints quickly and efficiently to maintain trust.
  • Plan an integral part in potential sales discussions expanding on current business.
  • Work closely with EVP & other executives to ensure a great day to day and long-term relationship with key partners is in place.
  • Develop, create and sell commercial programs and opportunities, contract offers and other activities that significantly increase the profitability of the portfolio.
  • Nurture and grow longer-term more profitable relationships.
  • Always represent WildBrain CPLG to the highest professional standard and be clear on expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of supporting Key Partners.
  • Strong strategy development, implementation skills and analytically driven.
  • Experience in sales, problem solving and providing solutions based on the partners needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills, working to deadlines and delivering on KPI’s.
  • Outstanding client management skills with high emotional intelligence.
