About the Role

We are looking to add a Business Development Partner to our growing, talented team of innovators based in Amsterdam to shape the future of kids entertainment.

You will report to the VP of Partnerships & Business Development and will be looking at new business opportunities to help continuously generate new clients and new streams of income.

• Identify new opportunities for representations in Entertainment, Lifestyle, Digital, Corporate, Sports and any other IP on a Worldwide or Regional scale.
• Use a combination of research, networking, and referrals to identify and reach out to potential clients.
• Support in the creation and project management of innovative pitches to potential representation of partners, ensuring exploitation of a full range of opportunities.
• Help establish DTC capabilities for our own brands and 3^rd party brands.
• Support and champion within WildBrain CPLG any potential cross business unit activities, like our WildBrain Spark Ad Sales team.
• Analyse the size of the market, trends, the customer segments, potential categories, and competition.
• Work closely with the local territories to understand group needs to maximize portfolio.
• Work with the Partnership Team to onboard new representation and ensure seamless hand over to relevant WB CPLG personnel.
• Communicate effectively across WildBrain CPLG and other business units providing status updates of potential deals.
