The Role


WildBrain CPLG is looking for a Client Services Manager, Lifestyle Brands to join our Lifestyle Commercial Team! Operated as a separate team within WildBrain CPLG, the Lifestyle division is responsible for driving the strategic revenue growth of the growing Lifestyle portfolio of brands including: Absolut, Malibu, Osprey London, Romero Britto, Karcher, Authentic Brands Group, Motul and more.  Reporting to the Group Brands Director, this is a key role within the Lifestyle team. The Client Services Manager will oversee and manage relationships with key licensors and work closely with the international Lifestyle sales team to support the revenue growth of the lifestyle portfolio of brands.


  • Main point of contact for key lifestyle licensors ensuring smooth flow of communication between Licensors and commercial teams (lifestyle and wider sales teams).
  • Manage sub-agents where relevant, providing regular brand updates and flow of information between sub-agents and licensor.  Ensue sub-agents have all relevant sales information needed to drive their business.
  • Together with the Group Brands Director and licensor, develop strategic licensing plans and communicate to the wider Lifestyle sales team and sub-agents to ensure sales activity is aligned with agreed strategies.
  • Establish processes to on-board new licensees and sub-agents in line with both product development and sales leads.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal departments including Sales, Retail and Marketing, Legal, Finance and Creative Services.
  • Close communication with Lifestyle sales team and relevant salespeople in local offices to provide regular sales updates to licensors ensuring any status documents are kept up to date.
  • Ensure sales leads have necessary support to meet revenue forecasts and agreed strategy on brands.
  • Together with the Licensing Coordinator lead regular status calls and update meetings with assigned Licensors ensuring minutes and actions are distributed within a set time frame.
  • Ensure Licensors are up to date with product roll-out schedules liaising with internal product development and sales leads where necessary.
  • Oversee creation and adaptation of sales materials including but not limited to pitch decks, retail and marketing presentations, best practice decks and, together with the licensing coordinator, ensure these are kept up to date and shared with relevant sales leads.
  • Respond to day-to-day Licensor requests for information on the brands including sales updates, marketing and retail plans.
  • Prepare and present regular reviews on assigned Brands to both internal and external Stakeholders
  • Respond to internal and external clients’ requests in a timely manner.
  • Be forthcoming with new ideas and ways of working to effectively support and grow lifestyle brands business.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, retail and competitor activity to assist Licensor’s gain market-leading advantage.
  • React quickly and effectively to unplanned opportunities.
  • Attend trade fairs, conferences and licensor meetings as required.
  • Dealing with the USA on regular basis requiring some out of office hours calls.

  • Proven experience in in brand management and/or sales & marketing within the licensing or brands industry
  • Experience of stakeholder management
  • Understanding of licensing deal negotiation and process
  • Highly organized, ability to prioritise and calm under pressure
  • Focused on bringing added value to the team with a pro-active attitude
  • Experience working across within an international organisation
  • Second language preferred but not necessity
