As a key contributor of the talent team, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will work in partnership with the WildBrain CPLG and WildBrain Spark leadership teams to implement the global talent acquisition strategy. Bringing a creative approach and in-depth knowledge of all things sourcing and recruitment, the successful candidate is one who thrives in fast paced environments and has a solid track record of gaining trust and building strong relationships.




Here's what you'll do

  • Builds and maintains strong partnerships at all levels across the organization including but not limited to business leaders, and the global talent management team
  • Drives WildBrain employee value proposition, with emphasis on the WildBrain CPLG and WildBrain Spark lines of business 
  • Manages full-cycle recruitment including: the development of sourcing strategies, building of talent pipelines, leveraging professional and industry networks, coaching business leaders through interviewing, social networking and evaluation best practices
  • Identifies external partnerships with a lens to broadening the diversity of our candidate outreach
  • Works collaboratively to continuously question and improve talent acquisition processes and practices
  • Advocates for and delivers an equitable and positive candidate experience
  • Leverages our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), iCIMS, to support the sourcing, and reporting of the candidate workflow


Here's what you'll bring

  • A keen interest insourcing and attracting exceptional talent across multiple industries
  • Demonstrated experience coaching hiring managers through the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while keeping key stakeholders informed of progress
  • Previous experience developing interview guides, and evaluation processes
  • The ability to build strong relationships, backed by consistent follow through and delivery of results
  • A solid track record with talent acquisition systems (ATS), and previous experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) (UltiPro etc.)
  • A successful history of building unique sourcing strategies to attract competitive talent
  • A customer-centric approach recognizing that all candidates are prospective WildBrain consumers
  • A growth-mindset and desire for continuous learning and sharing knowledge across your team
  • A commitment to driving consistent processes and practices leading to an equitable candidate experience
  • Experience recruiting in various countries considered an asset
