Develop and strategically grow the royalty income for CPLG’s key representation across agreed product categories focusing on key licensors.


The Account Manager will work closely with CPLG CEE team, and other CPLG offices across the region securing licensees for each property and maximising all sales opportunities to create a strong foundation for profitable growth in the region


  • Striving to exceed annual sales target across agreed properties
  • Identify, negotiate and secure suitable licensees, in accordance with agreed strategies and Licensor guidelines
  • Extend licensee partners by seeking new companies
  • Work closely with key licensees to ensure strong retail distribution and identify and secure cross-promotional retail activity
  • Visit trade fairs at home and abroad as appropriate
  • Collection of relevant market information, identifying market opportunities
  • Providing information to assist in marketing and sales plans
  • Supervising contract realisation
  • Assisting with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
  • Feedback on the progress and outcome of the commercial efforts


  • Proven sales background, licensing sales experience preferred
  • Ability to create and deliver inspirational and commercially sound pitches
  • Pioneering spirit and can communicate at all levels
  • A good team player with a proative attitude
  • Calm under pressure
  • University education preferred but not essential
  • Good verbal and written skills in English
  •  Good knowledge of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel here required
