    Our talent team is searching for an experience Talent Operations Manager who will work with our UK offices and with our global talent team as a whole.   This role will be responsible for but not limited to payroll, benefits, systems and compensation for our UK and European offices.


    • Payroll
      • Oversee 3 UK payrolls ensuring accuracy
      • Provide direction to regional payroll accountants for employee compensation changes in Europe and MENA
      • Provide specific and ad hoc reporting as required
      • Manage the contract and relationship with our payroll provider service, MoorePay
      • Research and document WildBrain’s payroll processes in Europe
    • Benefits
      • Oversee 5 UK benefit programs (life, disability, extended health, pension scheme and EAP)
      • Manage local vendor contracts, relationships and renewals
      • Research and share information on benefit changes in the UK and key trends
      • Research and document WildBrain’s benefits offered in Europe
    • Systems & Operations
      • Become highly familiar with UltiPro (HR core and time management) and iCIMS set up and functionality
      • Conduct audit of data shared between MoorePay and UltiPro each quarter
      • Provide specific and ad hoc reporting as required
      • Support employee and manager training on the applications as required
      • Liaise with global team to enhance applications operations and functionality
    • Compensation
      • Act as a centralized data owner for salary increases proposed during annual review cycles
      • Track participation in the various variable pay programs and ensure data is in systems
      • Report on employee variable pay earned throughout the year, as requested
      • Collaborate with global talent team in salary reviews, market data and job banding initiatives
    • Recruitment
      • Collaborate with local Talent teams to confirm planned headcount additions and changes
      • Work with local Talent teams on recruiting processes
    • Policy Development
      • Review existing policies, specifically policies around Talent Operations (paid time off, leaves of absence, benefit eligibility)
      • Ensure employment and data collection practices align to corporate and local privacy regulations
      • Collaborate with local talent team to edit and standardize policies, ensuring adherence to local regulations and requirements, as necessary
    • Other
      • Collaborate with local Talent team and local senior management in key projects impacting employees
      • Build and nurture a shared services focus with the Talent Operations and local administration teams
      • Look for opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Talent function; propose modifications and redesign as necessary. Upon approval, execute changes and update and maintain documentation of processes


    • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, specifically around payroll, benefits and HR systems
    • Experience with HR systems, specifically Ultipro and MoorePay an asset
    • Familiarity with general UK payroll principles
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
